  So not sure why this place has such low reviews.  All of the games were working and clean. The facility was reasonably clean. I find that places inhabited by children are never really clean. The pizza was so much better than the 90's.
  
  The staff were nice and helpful. If I have a complaint it is that of the five ticket muncher machines only two were working.  Why...this place was full of kids and it took forever to redeem my kiddos tickets. Otherwise good visit.

  We came here today for my sons birthday. The pizza is good and it place is clean. The arcade could use some work. The tickets are hard for the kids to get and some of the games only have a couple balls (Down the Clown which is our favorite)making them even more difficult. We only used 1 token per game which is awesome. We had a good time.

  We just celebrated a birthday here. Service was excellent. The birthday host came.over checked on us frequently and walked us through how the party would work. She knew my daughter didn't like the mouse and made sure to keep him away as much as possible. She ensuredd everyone had a great time! Upon arrival they had the party booked for the wrong day so they weren't prepared and did say we would need to leave after our party time ended but no one rushed us out or pushed us away! We did forget a candle and they brought them.over and lite them. I would suggest holding onto any booking information so as to be prepared to help them and show exactly what you booked! We had a good time and more importantly so did our birthday girl!

  I'm not going to give this place 0 stars because kids do love this place. Heck, when I was a kiddo, I loved it, too.
  
  So for entertainment, it's not horrible.
  
  This place has mediocre customer service and disgusting food, BUT the games are good.
  
  We have had trouble with machines not working before, but the staff will fix it for you either with a new play or giving you back your token.
  
  The first time we came here, I was shocked by the prices we spent on tokens, pizza, wings and drinks. I felt ROBBED. The food is super gross. No flavor and greasy.
  
  On our return trips, I refused to buy food. We eat at home before coming here, or go somewhere else first.
  
  My biggest tip: do not eat here. It is just so expensive and not very good. Just come for games and a kid's sized drink with unlimited refills.

  Celebrated my twins birthday  party  here and they had a blast and so did I  . Service was wonderful and prices a fordable.
